Directions

We are located at 55 Erb St. E, Unit 307 in the Spur Line Crossing Centre, an L-shaped plaza.
There is plenty of free parking on site.

You may enter the building through the doors at the corner of the L (between Control Hair and Body Kinnection). Once you enter, you'll see a set of stairs that will take you to the upper level, or you can use the elevator located past the stairs and to the left. My office is adjacent to where the elevator will let you out on on level 3. You'll see my business name, Rivers Psychotherapy, on the door of Unit 307. When you enter my office, there is a bathroom on the right and a waiting area on the left. Please have a seat until I bring you into the therapy room.

 FAQs

  • Enter through the doors at the corner of the L-shape (between Control Hair and Body Kinnection). Inside, you’ll see a staircase to the upper level, with an elevator just past the stairs on the left. When you reach the third floor, my office—Rivers Psychotherapy, Unit 307—is directly beside the elevator.

  • Upon entering the office, you’ll see a bathroom on the right and a waiting area on the left. Please have a seat, and I will come meet you when it’s time for your session.

  • Yes. If you book a virtual session, you’ll receive an email with a secure video link about 30 minutes before your appointment. You can test your audio and video before entering the session.

  • No. Rivers Psychotherapy does not direct bill providers. After payment, you will receive a detailed invoice that you can submit for reimbursement.

  • Please review your benefits plan before your first session.
    Coverage varies, so confirm whether your plan includes services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist or a Canadian Certified Counsellor.
